From a small Tamil Nadu Sub-section in 1973 to one of IEEE Region 10's most decorated Sections - this is the story of the people who built it, year after year.

E.N. Narayanaswamy, then Joint Director of Industries and a key figure behind the Vikram Sarabhai Complex at Adyar, served as the Section's first Chairman from 1976 to 1980 - laying the foundation for everything that followed.
