HUBS & Student Branches
A regional network that brings IEEE Madras Section closer to students and professionals across Tamil Nadu.
Bringing IEEE closer to every district
To make its reach more effective across a large and diverse state, IEEE Madras Section organizes its outreach through regional HUBs. Each HUB coordinates chapter meetings, HUB Congresses, and technical activities for the Student Branches and members located in its geography — recent HUB Congresses have been hosted in cities including Thanjavur, Chennai, and Puducherry.
A growing network at engineering colleges
Student Branches are IEEE's presence on campus — run by students, for students. IEEE Madras Section supports a wide network of active Student Branches across engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu, helping members access technical resources, mentorship, funding, and a global professional community from day one of their engineering journey.
