NOTICE FOR THE ADJOURNED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS (IEEE) MADRAS SECTION

Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given to members that the ADJOURNED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS (IEEE) MADRAS SECTION will be held on Wednesday the 14th June 2023 at Urvashi Hall, Hotel Palmgrove, No.13 Kodambakkam High Road, Chennai by 5.30pm onwards to conduct the following business:

      1. Welcome Address – Chairman
      2. Secretary’s Report – detailing the earlier AGM details held on 28th Sep 2022 and confirm and approval of Minutes of AGM held on 28th Sep 2022. – Secretary – Annexure I (4pages)
      3. Presentation on formation and recommendations of ARC(Administrative Reforms Committee) on MASCON 2021 and observations of EC on ARC report. – Secretary – Annexure II(3Pages) & III(1page)
      4. Presentation of Treasurer’s report(2021-22) with updates as per earlier AGM held on 28th Sep 2022. – Treasurer – Annexure IV& Annexure V
      5. Presentation of Budget for various activities for the year 2023. – Treasurer
      6. Consider and approve the Appointment of auditor 2023 – 24 –Treasurer
      7. Vote of Thanks.

Note:

    1. The Annual General Meeting which was convened on Wednesday, the 28th day of September, 2022 at 5.30pm onwards where at the consideration of the aforesaid items of the business was adjourned sine die on account of approval of MASCON 2021 Expenditure and etc.
    2. All related documents with respect to above agendas are in our official website for reference to members.
    3. Please note that only members of the society are eligible to participate and attend the meeting in accordance with the bye-laws of the society. No Proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.

All the members are requested to make it convenient and attend the meeting on time.
