- Approval of Previous AM Minutes held on 2 nd Sep 2022
- Secretary’s Report for 2022-23 – Dr. R. Hariprakash, Secretary
- Treasurer’s Report for CY 2023 – Dr. S. Radha, Treasurer
- Distribution of Awards and certificate of appreciation and recognition to the Student Branch , Societies, Affinity Groups, Awards Winners.
- Installation of IEEE MAS Execom 2024
