IEEE Madras Section is organizing mini POCO (Panel of Conference Organizers) for the benefit of conference organizing community. This year IEEE Madras section has planned to organize 2017 IEEE MAS mini POCO event on 29th October 2017 (SUNDAY) at Alumni Hall Anna University, Chennai, India.
2017 IEEE MAS mini POCO at Chennai is a one day event from 9am to 5pm with five to six technical sessions by expert speakers covering almost all topics relating to organizing a Quality IEEE conference. The speakers are renowned experts having rich experience in conducting and managing international conferences. The speakers will share their innovative practices with the participants.
The idea behind this Mini-POCO event is to help participants in gaining in-depth knowledge to hold International conferences of high level, commensurate with IEEE standards. They will be exposed to Timeline Planning, Procedures, Research papers preparation, Plagiarism Check, Publication, and IEEE Best Practices etc. This event will clarify and guide you in all factors related to organizing a Conference following Global standards.

1. Institution registration: Rs. 1500/.( two pax) Institution can nominate management representative, faculty or Student.
2. IEEE Student Member – Rs.500/-
3. IEEE Professional Member – Rs.600/-
4. Non – IEEE Member – Rs.800/-
