With three special tracks that focus on empowerment, leadership and inspiration, IEEE WIE ILS 2020 aims to build leaders of tomorrow.

1.      Inspire and Lead
IEEE WIE ILS 2020 will serve as a remarkable platform to highlight the stories of extraordinary women of today. This track aims to channelize inspiration among all to foster creativity, uniqueness and innovation.
2.      Educate and Empower
This track salutes and aims to embolden all returning mothers, as well as women enrolled in academic institutions or women wishing to further their studies, to work in the direction of their dreams.
3.      Encourage and Engage
Through this track, we wish to boost the morale of those who wish to realize their dream of creating something on their own.

Special events:
IEEE WIE ILS 2020 organized by the IEEE WIE AG of Madras Section will be jam packed with interactive and thought provoking talks, insightful panel discussions, exclusive career development guidance & mentorship, and much more.
● The sessions delivered by eminent speakers from across the globe will allow all attendees to take a look at the stories of each speaker and then draw inspiration from them.
● SheFirst, a pitch fest will help women entrepreneurs to give a kickstart to their budding startups into a sustainable business model. They will receive insights and feedback from technical experts on how to  build their business, market their product, and expand business.
● Paper-to-Product is a workshop for budding Entrepreneurs who are facing difficulties in transforming their ideas into viable products. The aim of this workshop is to inculcate entrepreneurship education in an intellectual, international context and to focus on drafting a credible plan to turn the engineering ideas & technological innovations into marketable products.

23 3-04-2020 to 11-04-2020 IEEE WIE Project-Based Learning School Camp In order to provide knowledge of the importance of pre-university education in the school students from Grade 8th to 12th, IEEE Women in Engineering Project.

Based Learning School Camp was organized from 3rd April, 2021 to 11th April, 2021 based on the theme of “Website development and deployment without coding” in the form of a project on different problem statements as an end product learning showcase using Project-Based Learning ApproachThe camp was organized from 3rd April to 11th April 2021. It included  the inauguration ceremony, Session talks, hands-on sessions, followed by  the presentation round and the closing ceremony. The event witnessed the  participation of 130+ studentsfrom 8 countries including India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Peru, Tunisia and Uruguay.
